Vegetables go best with carbohydrates or protein or fats

Fruits can be eaten with leafy green vegetables like lettuce, spinach and chard, as well as cucumbers and celery.

Acid fruits go best with other acid fruits as well as sub-acid fruits. Acid fruits can also be eaten with vegetables or fats.

Sub-Acid fruits go best with other sub-acid fruits and sweet fruits.

Sweet fruits go best with other sweet fruits and sub-acid fruits.

Melons should always be consumed alone, on an empty stomach.

Proteins should never be consumed with carbohydrates.

Proteins should never be consumed with other concentrated proteins.

Fats and proteins should never be consumed together.

Fats should never be consumed with other fats.

Always chew your food completely for best digestion.
